Luton Rugby Club Community Programme
Rugby in the community is at the heart of Luton Rugby Club and we pride ourselves as being the beacon club.
Over the years we have forged very strong bonds with many Primary & Secondry schools along with community groups of all age groups within the area surrounding Luton.

Reaching out to our local community has always been a central part of our club and we take our social responsibility seriously. For rugby to be developed and strive in the town and surrounding areas, we as a club have long established links with primary and secondary schools and other community groups in the Luton area to provide coaching and tutoring to help our community.
Our community group works closely with several key partners, Active Luton, SSCO, Saracens Premiership Rugby Club and the RFU to provide the best for our town.
At the heart of our rugby club we pride ourselves as the beacon club of rugby, developing grass roots in the town.
The Field of Dreams programme is being run in partnership with Luton Rugby Club, Saracens Sports Foundation, Youth at Risk and Active Luton.
Forty young men from Luton, at risk of exclusion from society, have begun the process of changing their perception of life from resignation to possibility.

These participants have actively chosen to make a positive commitment in their lives by setting themselves three goals to achieve over the next nine months. The goals are based around their fitness, relationships and education or employment choices.
