A squad built on over 10 years of development, progression and enjoyment, the team have evolved year on year with the aim to continue to do so into senior rugby.

We measure the squads success on a number of factors:

• Player retention
• Player attraction
• Individual player development
• Team development

While retaining the principles and guiding rugby values - Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship. This combined with a coaching philosophy of inclusivity, free flowing rugby and a belief everyone trains, everyone plays helps continue the growth and development of the squad on and off the pitch.

Following this belief, we are always open to and welcome new players interested in rugby.
