Sorry for the delay

Another great days rugby played on a cold but sunny morning.
Luton A came out the blocks quickly putting Olney down 40 – 20,With tries coming from Harry, Rueben and Christie. Excellent defensive work from the 3 girls Joia , Morgan and Maddie.
Game 2 was a harder fought against Verulamians, Luton coming out on top 50- 40, with the usual suspects of Harry and Christie bagging 3 a piece back up with strong running from Mate and Joe allowing nearly everyone to get on the score sheet.
This game showed great team work with all players working for each other resulting in player of the day performance from Morgan for a great run and offload in the tackle that lead to Harry's hat trick. Joia again at the heart of the defence, but it was Maddie who made the vital turnovers that helped win her tackler of the day.
Luton B started brightly winning their first against Verulamians, Cathal an outstanding Player of the day performance assisted with strong tackle of the day effort from Noah. Luton coming away winning 40-25.
Game 2 saw some changes in personnel due to injury and the Luton took a while to settle. Cathal and Noah lead the line supported by Connor, Kyle and Israel. Luton eventually winning 35-30.
Game 3 stated out similar to game 2 for B's with a struggle to get control of the ball. However the introduction at half time of Mate and Harry gave some such needed firepower allowing more freedom for the quick boys Corey and Nyles to stretch their legs in attack, and the late introduction of Morgan helped put Luton B back in control winning 45-30.
